GCU students enjoy cheering for both its men’s and women’s basketball teams at GCU Arena since it opened in 2011. Meanwhile, baseball was made a priority when Brazell Field at GCU Ballpark was opened as an replacement stadium in 2018. Brazell was honored for leading GCU to its inaugural championship season under former head coach Dave Brazell who led GCU into its inaugural championship year in 2014.
